Top Producer's Council
Mission Statement: The Top Producer Council is an organization that encourages successful Realtors® to share knowledge and expertise through group discussions, to learn through informational speakers and experts, and to support our community through our efforts of giving and serving.
Dues: $75.00 yearly due on January 1st. Anyone joining after June 30th, dues will be $50.00.
Membership Criteria: Will be based upon annual production of at least $3.5M in gross sales OR 25 transaction sides in last 12 months. The lunch/meetings are only for the Top Producer Member and are not to be substituted for team members.
Meeting Schedule: Meetings to be held monthly the first Thursday of each month at the HomeTowne Realty Clayton conference room (328 E. Main St. Clayton). Every meeting will include a speaker and time for round table discussions.

Meeting 3/1/2012A big thank you to Lee Jackson of Dees, Jackson, Jackson & Associates, PA located in Smithfield for sharing with our group today. Discussion was based on savings of having an S-corporation versus being a soul proprietor.
Hensley Scott reminded the group of the Bowl-a-thon starting June 21st. Good fun for a good cause! April Stephens reminded us of the Young Professionals meeting at TerraFin Station on March 27th from 5pm to 7pm. They will have a great meeting and help make you that tech savvy agent! Next meeting for the Top Producers will be held on April 5th at HTR Clayton from 11am to 12pm. Our speaker will be Lisa Sullivan, a former receptionist, executive assistant, educator, and TV station community liaison (props to NBC 17!). Lisa Sullivan - Digital Media Maven is the product of numerous requests to provide a quick and easy place for obtaining the latest and greatest information circulating the digital media space. |
