Top Producer's Council
Mission Statement: The Top Producer Council is an organization that encourages successful Realtors® to share knowledge and expertise through group discussions, to learn through informational speakers and experts, and to support our community through our efforts of giving and serving.
Dues: $75.00 yearly due on January 1st. Anyone joining after June 30th, dues will be $50.00.
Membership Criteria: Will be based upon annual production of at least $3.5M in gross sales OR 25 transaction sides in last 12 months. The lunch/meetings are only for the Top Producer Member and are not to be substituted for team members.
Meeting Schedule: Meetings to be held monthly the first Thursday of each month at the HomeTowne Realty Clayton conference room (328 E. Main St. Clayton). Every meeting will include a speaker and time for round table discussions.
